Acumen Custom Homes was born out of the highly successful and widely respected, Insight Homes. It was formed due to a high demand from homeowners who not only desire to have Insight's very different and superior way of building homes, but to also have unlimited personalization.

 

The Insight Homes' story itself is a very interesting one. Most home buildering companies are started by someone who either worked in construction or whose family came from the field. However, this simply is not the case with Insight Homes. It was started by an already successful entrepreneur whose radar went up when he asked the builder of his home, why things were not done nearly as efficient, timely, or as well as expected? The well-known builder's reply was simply "this is how I have been building homes for 30 years."  As we all know entrepreneurs are all about doing things differently. That was the spark that started Insight Homes and lead to Acumen Custom Homes. Truly, the best of both worlds.
