What is your home's cost per square foot?
About $125. Of course, there are many other factors that affect the cost of a new home. ANSI standards calculate square footage as the heated space. This means things like garage space, patios, and interior features are not part of the equation.
Can I see your homes in person?
We will be happy to have one of our custom specialist walk you through homes under construction. While typically not as "fancy", you can also visit one of the many Insight Homes models that are staffed daily. There the full construction process can be illustrated in person.
Do I have to have my own plan?
No, we have many you can choose from. You can also visit one of the Insight Homes models and walk through for a good feel of space and layout. We can then customize those plans to your needs.
Are all the features that make Insight Homes famous in your Acumen built homes?
Yes, there is "Insight Inside". That means all the comfort, standards, air quality, and energy savings are baked in.
What if I don't have a lot yet?
That's okay because we are lot agnostic. We have specialists who will help you find a lot to fit all of your and your home's needs.
Will you build outside of Sussex County?
Yup!

How long does the whole process take?
Well, that really depends on you, your plan and your options. For MOST custom homes, once we break ground, the house can usually be built in less than 6 months.
